Cafe de Mondol

It was a bit far from the accommodation, but we had some time to spare,

so we took a taxi to 'Cafe de Mondol', a cafe with a view of the sea.

It's a two-story building, and there are many places to sit outside with a view of the sea,

so it seemed like it could accommodate many people.

And it's dog-friendly,

so many cute puppies came and went on the patio. ㅎㅎ

There are beautiful hydrangeas like this so you can take pictures,

and the sea stretches out as far as the eye can see with an island in the distance.

There were some people doing simple self-wedding shoots, and I thought their pictures would turn out great. ㅎㅎ

There's also an area decorated with a camping vibe outside,

so you can eat outdoors with a camp picnic feel and enjoy the sea.

There were also cute chair props that make for good pictures.

And then the drinks came out!

Americano, latte, and cheesecake.

The view is so beautiful and spacious,

to be honest, I didn't expect much from the coffee.

But I took a sip and it was so delicious my eyes widened.

I kept saying "What is this? What is this?" and ate it deliciously. ㅋㅋㅋ You can tell they use good coffee beans!

It was a mochi with strawberries on top,

which is why the mochi was thick and had a lot of red bean paste. It was delicious.

I once waited in a long line in Yeosu Jungang Market to buy strawberry mochi,

and I was so disappointed with it that I didn't have high hopes for this one, but it was really good here.
The strawberries were big and juicy, and the filling was generous, making it bursting with strawberry juice and chewy and sweet.

I didn't try the food, but

I'm sure it would be delicious.

I got plenty of healing, ate delicious coffee + cake + strawberry mochi,

and left with a good memory of Cafe de Mondol.
