"He is a really hard worker."

This is a story about Jin Hur (Jin Hur), team leader of CERAGEM, whom I met at the Selfish Club Saturday event last week.

For the past three weeks, I have been attending various conferences, events, and seminars without any distinction between weekdays and weekends. I attended sales seminars to learn sales methods, went to conferences to learn about the industry, and participated in events to hand out business cards and raise awareness of the company.

It's because I lack everything. I have been in my career for 5 years, but my sales experience is very limited. I am learning as I sell, but I still have a lot to learn and improve on.

I also lack knowledge about the target industry. I have a poor understanding of the industries we mainly deal with, such as games, IT, apps, and software. I don't know what the situation is like, how the business is being conducted, or what the outlook is. I need to learn a lot.

Nobody knows our company name. No one seems to be interested in what kind of company we are, or if it is a translation company. Due to the lack of marketing, I am personally promoting the company by going out and meeting people.

As a result, I have experienced guidance, difficulties, and emptiness. I was running around so hard, but my performance was not visible and there seemed to be no reward. It is a real 'burnout'.

In this situation, I was greatly comforted by the words of team leader Jin Hur. I met the team leader and greeted his successor, Shin Young Manager, and he introduced me saying "He is a really hard worker." I felt like crying inside.

There are many difficult things. But I'm really working hard. I am promoting the company through writing every day, personal branding, social media marketing, going out and promoting the company, and taking care of inbound leads even during my vacation. I'm working hard for the business.

But I'll give it a try. Sometimes I'll walk. It's chaotic, but I'll give it a shot.
